Who I Am

Clara Lee, MA, LMFT 

I’m Clara Lee, M.A., LMFT, and I provide ACT (Acceptance and Commitment) Based Therapy for clients anywhere in California over the last 10 years. I specialize in supporting people who feel stressed, uncertain, or weighed down by anxiety, relationship struggles, depression, ADHD, or major life transitions. Through secure virtual sessions, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly, understand your challenges, and build tools that help you move forward.

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Using evidence-based methods—including Psychodynamic Therapy, ACT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing—I help clients gain clarity, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

I bring  years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families in private practice and clinical settings. No matter where you are in California, my goal is to guide you with compassion, insight, and steady support.
